The Tri-Biotic layer: prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic
One scoop carries the whole chain, which is where the Tri-Biotic name comes from.
PRE: organic acacia fiber, 750 mg.
The food. A soluble fiber your gut bacteria ferment.
PRO: Bacillus subtilis DE111®, 20 mg.
The reinforcements. A spore-forming strain, which is the practical part: spores are built to survive the trip through stomach acid instead of dying on the way in.
POST: BPL1® (B. lactis CECT8145), 100 mg.
The finished work. BPL1® is heat-treated, so there is nothing to keep alive and nothing for a hot drink to kill.
The rest of the label: vitamin C, flavor and the anti-caking agent
Vitamin C, 60 mg (65% DV). Supports normal immune function.*
Organic cocoa, Ceylon cinnamon and coconut milk powder. Real ingredients carry the flavor, rounded out with natural flavors.
Monk fruit and stevia. Sweetened, not loaded.
Organic Nu-FLOW® rice hulls. The anti-caking agent. Yes, we are listing the anti-caking agent, because that is what "full label" means.
Most powders use silicon dioxide for this job. We use rice hulls. Rice naturally pulls silica out of the soil and concentrates it in the hull, so grinding the hull gives you the same flow performance from a whole-food source.
Straight with you: silicon dioxide is not dangerous. The European Food Safety Authority re-reviewed it in 2024, found no genotoxicity concern, and concluded it raises no safety concern at current use levels. We are not going to sell you a scare to sell you a powder. We use rice hulls because we wanted the flow agent to come from a whole food.
One scoop in water or coffee, hot or cold, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Start with half a scoop for the first few days to see how you tolerate it, then go to a full scoop.
It tastes like White Chocolate Mocha because we were not going to ask you to be tough about a beverage. Toughness is for the work. Your morning cup can be good.
Then you do the day.
That's the whole protocol. No loading phase, no cycling off, no eight-page ritual. Just a thing you do every morning until it stops being a decision and starts being who you are.
About the sediment. In water, shake it hard in a shaker bottle and it comes out smooth. A Sportshaker does the job. In hot coffee, stir it in well or use a frother, and never seal a hot drink in a shaker.
You will still see a little settle at the bottom of the glass. That is the fibrous structure of the mushrooms, plus the cocoa. It is normal. The sediment is the product, not a defect. Swirl the last inch and drink it all.

Shroombiosis Mushroom Gut Health Powder with Probiotics
Seven mushrooms plus prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic
Coffee at 5. Energy drink at 9. Something bigger at noon because the first two stopped working. By two you're not tired. You're wired and useless. By nine you're staring at the ceiling doing math on how few hours you're about to get. Tomorrow you pay the same tax, plus interest.
Nobody in that cycle is short on energy. They're short on baseline. They keep borrowing tomorrow's focus to cover today's, and calling it a routine.
Here's the part the industry won't tell you: the fix isn't a stronger stimulant. It's a better baseline. Real food, real sleep, a gut that works, and fewer loans against tomorrow.
That's slow work. It's not loud. It's just consistent.
Which is the only kind of progress that's ever held.
What's in one scoop
GUT SUPPORT*
Pre, pro and post in one scoop: acacia fiber 750 mg, DE111® 20 mg and BPL1® 100 mg, plus turkey tail 500 mg.
LION'S MANE
1,000 mg, dual-extracted. Studied for focus in early human research.*
VITAMIN C
60 mg (65% DV) to support normal immune function.*
NO CAFFEINE ADDED
Cocoa base, no coffee. The only caffeine is the natural trace that comes with 500 mg of cocoa.
TRADITIONAL MUSHROOMS
Reishi, chaga and poria at 500 mg each, plus tiger milk at 300 mg. Long used in traditional practice.
EVERY DOSE PRINTED
4,300 mg of mushrooms across seven species, every milligram on the label.
The functional mushroom aisle is one of the easiest places in this industry to hide what's in the tub. Here are the three ways it gets done.
Mycelium on grain. Grow the root system on a bag of rice, grind up the whole thing, rice included, and sell it by total weight. The label says 2,000 mg of mushroom. Most of what's in the tub is starch.
"Proprietary blend." Ten species listed, one number at the bottom. You have no idea whether you're getting 900 mg of lion's mane or 90 mg. That's the point. If the doses were worth showing, they'd show them.
Powder instead of extract. Raw mushroom is locked inside chitin, the same stuff that makes up insect shells. Your body doesn't open it. Extraction is what opens it. Water pulls the beta-glucans, alcohol pulls the triterpenes. Skip extraction and you are paying for fiber.
We're not interested in that fight, so we didn't enter it.
Every mushroom in this tub is fruiting body, the actual mushroom, not the roots and not the rice. Every one comes in as a real extract, six of the seven dual-extracted with both water and alcohol. And every single dose is printed on the label in milligrams, because the number is the proof and hiding it is the confession.
Full label. No secrets.

Mushroom supplement questions, answered straight
The questions we get asked most about Shroombiosis. If yours is not here, reach out.
No. Zero psilocybin, nothing intoxicating. These are non-hallucinogenic mushrooms: lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga, turkey tail, poria and tiger milk. Culinary and traditional-use species. Nothing in the scoop alters your state of mind.
No coffee in it and no caffeine added. It's a White Chocolate Mocha mushroom cocoa, so a trace of caffeine comes naturally from the 500 mg of cocoa, the same way it does in a piece of dark chocolate. It is not a stimulant. Want coffee? Stir a scoop into yours.
Yes. Every scoop carries all three biotic layers: a prebiotic (organic acacia fiber, 750 mg), a probiotic (Bacillus subtilis DE111®, 20 mg) and a postbiotic (heat-treated BPL1®, 100 mg). DE111 is a spore-former, which is what lets it survive stomach acid on the way in.
Yes. They do different jobs, and Shroombiosis puts both in one scoop: seven mushrooms (4,300 mg) alongside a prebiotic, the DE111® probiotic and a postbiotic. If you already take a separate probiotic, you can keep it. If you take prescription medication, or are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor first.
A postbiotic is a preparation of inactivated microorganisms, or their components, that provides a health benefit. That is the definition the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics set in 2021. Because it is not alive, stomach acid and a hot drink have nothing to kill. Shroombiosis uses BPL1®, a heat-treated Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis strain (CECT8145), at 100 mg per scoop.
Turkey tail has human gut data behind it. In a small randomized trial (24 healthy adults across three groups), a purified turkey tail extract (PSP) shifted gut bacteria composition, though each person's starting microbiome stayed the bigger influence (Pallav 2014, Gut Microbes). That was a purified extract, not the whole turkey tail extract in a Shroombiosis scoop, where 500 mg of it sits alongside a prebiotic, a probiotic and a postbiotic.*
Yes. Nothing here competes with Project M777 or any other pre. A lot of the team runs this at 5 a.m. and pre-workout later in the day.
Use it every day. The longer human studies on its individual ingredients ran four weeks to three months. A trial of the finished formula has not been run, so we give you the study lengths, not a promised date. That is why this is a daily habit, not a stimulant.
Shroombiosis carries 750 mg of acacia fiber, a fraction of the 5 to 40 g a day given in a human dose-ranging trial of acacia fiber (run by a gum arabic supplier), which reported no significant drawbacks. Start with half a scoop for the first few days to see how you tolerate it, then move to a full scoop. If discomfort continues, stop and talk to your doctor.
Fruiting body. Every species. No mycelium-on-grain, no rice filler sold to you by weight. Six of the seven are dual-extracted with both water and alcohol. It's all on the label. Go read it.
Nothing on the Shroombiosis label is a controlled substance, and there is no psilocybin in it. If you are drug-tested for work or competition, show the full label to your testing program before you use it. That goes for any supplement.
White Chocolate Mocha, and it's genuinely good: cocoa, Ceylon cinnamon and coconut milk powder, sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. In water, shake it instead of stirring it and it's smooth.
The label marks it vegan friendly and GMO free, and it's naturally flavored. It contains organic coconut milk powder. It's made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and sesame. If you have a food allergy, read the full label before you use it.
