Project M777 is formulated at researched doses per single scoop, and doubles for advanced users only. The research, honestly cited:
- Beta-Alanine 3,200 mg per scoop — a British Journal of Sports Medicine meta-analysis of 40 studies found beta-alanine improves exercise capacity, with the clearest effects in efforts lasting 30 seconds to 10 minutes.*
- Caffeine ~213 mg per scoop — dosing sits inside the range supported by the 2021 ISSN Position Stand on Caffeine; two scoops (~425 mg) is a deliberate advanced-user double dose, not a serving.*
- Alfabin® Rauwolscine 1 mg per scoop — included for its established receptor mechanism at a deliberate, disclosed dose. No human outcome trial of oral rauwolscine has been run, and we say so plainly: read our full evidence review for exactly where the research stops.

This formula was designed to work synergistically with each appropriately dosed ingredient to provide the optimal performance of energy, focus, endurance, and power output. A 50g serving to test your limits.*
A full two-scoop serving contains 10 g of L-Citrulline, 6.4 g of Beta-Alanine and 5 g of Creatine Monohydrate. On one scoop you get half of that: 5 g L-Citrulline, 3.2 g Beta-Alanine, 2.5 g Creatine.
Either way it supports nitric oxide production, endurance and strength through the session, and recovery afterwards.*
Not a pre-workout for the weak. Five active focus ingredients, including L-Tyrosine at 7 g on a full two-scoop serving (3.5 g on one scoop), plus two sources of caffeine to carry you through the hardest sessions.*
Combination of Alfabin (trademarked form of Rauwolscine) along with Carnitine to ignite your metabolic function and burn more calories while training.*

Frequently asked questions
Pre-workout typically takes 20 to 45 minutes to kick in, depending on the ingredients and your metabolism.
- Caffeine-based pre-workouts (most common) start working within 30-45 minutes, peaking around 1 hour after consumption.
- Pump ingredients like Citrulline take 30-60 minutes to reach full effect.
- Fast-acting stimulants (like Rauwolscine or Theobromine) may be felt within 15-30 minutes.
For best results, take your pre-workout 30 minutes before training on an empty or lightly fed stomach.
Yes, you can take a pre-workout every day, but it depends on the ingredients and your tolerance.
Things to consider:
- Caffeine & Stimulants – Daily use can lead to tolerance, making it less effective over time. Too much caffeine can also cause jitters, sleep issues, and adrenal fatigue.
- Non-Stimulant Pre-Workouts – These (pump and endurance-focused) can be taken daily without major concerns.
- Cycling Pre-Workout – To avoid dependence, it's good to take breaks (e.g., 1-2 days off per week or switch to a non-stim formula).
- Hydration & Nutrition – Relying too much on pre-workout instead of proper rest, diet, and hydration can backfire.
If you take it daily, choose a clean formula and monitor how your body responds.
It really depends on your tolerance to stimulants. Everyone is a little bit different. We opted to use Natural caffeine which is smoother than Caffeine anhydrous. We also added ZumXR extended release caffeine to extend out the effects of caffeine, which takes away the peak and the rapid drop off at the end. This creates a smoother experience for you. However, at 2 scoops the total caffeine content is 425mg and may be too much for some. We always recommend staring with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance, move to 1 full scoop, and then baby step your way to 2 scoops.
The purpose of pre-workout is to enhance your energy, focus, endurance, and performance during exercise. It’s designed to help you push harder, lift heavier, and train longer by providing key ingredients that support physical and mental performance.
Most pre-workouts contain:
- Caffeine & Stimulants – Boost energy and alertness.
- Pump Ingredients (e.g., Citrulline, Vasodrive AP) – Improve blood flow and muscle pumps.
- Focus Enhancers (e.g., Tyrosine, Alpha GPC) – Increase mental clarity and concentration.
- Endurance Boosters (e.g., Beta-Alanine, Betaine) – Delay fatigue and improve stamina.
In short, pre-workout helps you train at a higher intensity and get more out of your workout. 🚀
The itchy or tingling sensation you feel after taking pre-workout is caused by Beta-Alanine. This ingredient helps improve muscular endurance by buffering acid buildup in your muscles, delaying fatigue.
The itching, known as paresthesia, happens because Beta-Alanine activates nerve receptors under the skin. It’s harmless and usually fades within 15-30 minutes after taking your pre-workout.
If the itch bothers you, you can:
- Take smaller doses throughout the day.
- Look for a pre-workout with lower Beta-Alanine content.
- Try a non-Beta-Alanine formula.
But if you can handle it, that itch means your pre-workout is kicking in! 🔥
