What you drink mid-session matters once training runs long or hot. Under 45 minutes, you do not need one. Past an hour, hydration, amino acid availability and output all drop, and that is where these earn their place. Three options, none with caffeine. Full timing is in the pre, intra and post-workout guide.
| Product | In one scoop | Pick it when |
|---|---|---|
| Fuel Point 2.0 | 24 g SusCarb HBCD carbohydrate, all nine EAAs (6,750 mg), 2 g L-Glutamine, full electrolyte panel | Sessions past an hour, when the back half fades |
| Aqua Spike | 2,918 mg electrolyte matrix with 700 mg sodium, 10 calories | You want hydration without carbs: heavy sweat, hot sessions, two-a-days |
| L-Glutamine | 5 g L-Glutamine, single ingredient, unflavored | Long endurance work in the heat. That is where the human research sits, at doses above one scoop. Skip it on top of Fuel Point 2.0, which already carries 2 g. |
WITH YOUR PRE-WORKOUT
Take SEND IT 3.0 or Project M777 before training, then sip one scoop of Fuel Point 2.0 in 6 to 10 oz of water during it. Under 18 or caffeine-sensitive? Skip the stim pre-workout.
Aqua Spike carries 700 mg of sodium per scoop. On a sodium-restricted diet, or managing blood pressure or kidney disease? Talk to your doctor first. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, clear any supplement with your doctor first.
