CARRIER DELAYS ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ARE PROTECTED BY PACKAGE PROTECTION, UP TO THE PROTECTION AMOUNT ON YOUR ORDER.
SHIPPING POLICY AND REFUNDS
Orders ship from our facility in the United States. We process orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you will get a second email when your order ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and U.S. orders of $130 or more ship free. We are not shipping internationally at this time; see below.

ORDER PROCESS
01. Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2 to 3 business days of arriving in stock.
02. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or contact us.
03. Questions about an order? Email support@dietryin.co right away. We cannot change an order once it has shipped.
04. Double-check your shipping address before you place the order. See the incorrect shipping address section below for what happens if it is wrong.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not offering international shipping at this time. International carrier costs have risen sharply over the last few years, and we would rather pause than pass those rates on to you. We ship to U.S. addresses, including APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
If you are outside the U.S. and want to order, email support@dietryin.co and we will let you know when international shipping is back.

Military addresses are served by USPS. Transit time depends on the destination post office.

PACKAGE PROTECTION
Package Protection is added to your cart for a small fee based on your merchandise subtotal. It protects your delivery against loss, theft, and damage in transit, up to the protection amount on your order. If something happens, we replace or refund the affected items, up to that amount. No carrier claim forms, no third parties, no waiting on an investigation.
Your protection amount: Every Package Protection fee comes with a protection amount, shown on the Package Protection line in your cart, at checkout and in your order confirmation ("Up to $X"). It is set by your merchandise subtotal: item prices before discounts, not counting shipping, taxes, gift cards, or the Package Protection fee itself. The highest protection amount is $1,200, so orders over $1,200 are protected up to $1,200. On a claim, we replace or refund the affected items up to your protection amount, valued at the price you paid. If your order mixes subscription and one-time items, your protection amount for that order is your full merchandise subtotal, up to $1,200. If a technical error on our side gave your order a protection amount lower than your merchandise subtotal, your order is still protected up to that full subtotal (up to $1,200), at no extra charge. These terms apply to orders placed on or after October 1, 2026; earlier orders follow the terms shown when they were placed.
To file a claim: email support@dietryin.co with your order number within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived). For damage, include a photo. Most claims are resolved within 1 to 2 business days.
Package Protection is optional. You can remove it from your cart before checkout. If you subscribe, the Package Protection line marked "Renews with your subscription" renews with each subscription shipment, and each renewal is protected up to that line's "Up to $X" amount. That amount is set by your subscription items when you subscribe and does not change automatically if you later add items or change quantities; email support@dietryin.co and we will sort it out. You can remove it from your subscription at any time.
Orders without Package Protection: once a package leaves our facility, Die Tryin Co. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit. You would need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Carrier delays are not part of Package Protection in either case.
Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the package will in most cases be returned to sender. In this case our staff will reship the product to the corrected address at the expense of the customer. If it is a postal service mistake, the package will be resent and DTC will work with USPS to recoup the additional shipping charge.
CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee a request to cancel. If a cancellation is requested after an order is placed, we will make every effort to ensure the shipping team tries to halt the package, allowing a cancellation to be processed. If we cannot process the cancellation in time, the customer has the option to return the items after receiving them. However, shipping on the return package must be paid for by the customer. Die tryin Co. is not responsible for reimbursement of this charge.
DAMAGED ORDERS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Support@dietryin.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Orders with Package Protection are handled under the Package Protection terms above, up to the protection amount on the order.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast you want it to get there.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address. Sometimes, we will be unable to make any change after the order has been submitted.
