DESCRIPTION

5 g of Creatine Monohydrate per scoop. 100 servings per tub. No blend, no novel form with a marketing name, no reason to overthink it.

Creatine already lives in your skeletal muscle, where it recycles ATP, the fuel your body burns in short, explosive efforts. Supplementing raises how much your muscles hold, so you can put more quality work into a session and repeat it more often.*

Ours is micronized, meaning the particles are ground far finer than standard monohydrate. It mixes easier and sits better in the stomach. It is also third-party tested.

Creatine Monohydrate is the most studied ingredient in sports nutrition, and every other form on the shelf is measured against it. ISSN Position Stand, 2017.

CREATINE BENEFITS
  • 5 G PER SCOOP, 100 SERVINGS
  • STRENGTH AND POWER OUTPUT*
  • MORE TRAINING VOLUME PER SESSION*
  • SUPPORTS RECOVERY BETWEEN SETS*
  • THIRD-PARTY TESTED
INGREDIENTS
  • CREATINE MONOHYDRATE — 5,000 mg per 1 scoop (6.5 g), 100 servings. A nitrogen-based organic acid that helps supply energy to muscle cells. It occurs naturally in red meat and fish, your body makes some of it, and supplementing tops the tank up faster than diet alone.*
  • MICRONIZED. Our creatine is milled to roughly a twentieth the particle size of standard monohydrate. That makes it more soluble and easier on the stomach. Will some still settle at the bottom of your shaker? Yes. Stir it and drink it.
  • THIRD-PARTY TESTED. Verified outside our own four walls.

Creatine Monohydrate is the most extensively studied ingredient in all of sports nutrition, and it has held up for decades. The International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand concluded that short- and long-term supplementation is safe and well-tolerated in healthy people. It is one of the few products we tell everyone to take.*

Micronized means the particles are milled to roughly a twentieth the size of standard creatine monohydrate. Finer particles dissolve more readily, so it mixes into water without turning into grit and is easier on the stomach than coarse monohydrate.*

It will still settle if you let it sit. That is creatine behaving normally, not a defect. Stir it and drink it.

Energy Recycling: Your muscles store creatine as phosphocreatine. When you lift, you burn ATP for quick explosive bursts, which leaves ADP behind. Creatine donates a phosphate group to turn that ADP straight back into usable ATP.* [1]

Increased Work Capacity: Keeping those energy stores full lets you do more high-intensity work and push more total training volume.* [2]

Cell Volumization: Creatine draws water into the muscle cell, which slightly increases muscle size and may help signal protein synthesis.* [1]

  • Faster ATP Replenishment: Restores your primary energy source between sets, which supports power output and reduces how fast you fade.*
  • Less Muscle Damage: Research indicates creatine can reduce markers of exercise-induced muscle damage after hard sessions.*
  • Cell Hydration: Draws water into the muscle cell, which supports cell volume and protein synthesis.*
  • Training Tolerance: Helps you handle heavy training loads across a block, not just a single session.*

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most about our Creatine Monohydrate. If yours is not here, reach out.

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE CREATINE?

Daily, whenever fits your routine. Creatine works by saturating your muscle over time, not by spiking before a session, so timing barely matters. Get your 5 g in every day, including rest days. That is the whole protocol.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?

5 g per day. One scoop. That is it.

You can load with 20 g/day split into four doses for the first 5 to 7 days to saturate faster, but it is optional. Take 5 g daily and you land in the same place within about three to four weeks. Mix into water or whatever you are already drinking.

IS IT SAFE TO MIX WITH OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?

Yes, Creatine can be stacked with other Die Tryin Co. supplements with no problem. We specifically made our Preworkout Creatine free so you can stack it as you wish.

WHAT BENEFITS CAN I EXPECT?

Strength and power. More available ATP means more quality reps before you fade. Over a training block that compounds into real strength.*

Size, over time. Creatine pulls water into the muscle cell. Some of the early scale movement is that water. The lasting change comes from the extra training volume you can now handle.*

Recovery between sets and sessions. Faster ATP turnover and less exercise-induced muscle damage.*

Cognition. Creatine is stored in the brain too, and research suggests a benefit on short-term memory and processing speed, most noticeably when you are sleep-deprived or vegetarian.*

Be honest with yourself about the timeline. Saturation takes a few weeks of consistent daily use. There is no version of this where one scoop changes your session.

WHAT MAKES OUR CREATINE BETTER?

It is micronized, so the particles are milled far finer than standard monohydrate. It dissolves better and it is easier on the stomach.

Beyond that, honestly, the point of creatine is that it should not be exotic. It is 5 g of Creatine Monohydrate, third-party tested, at 100 servings a tub. Anyone selling you a novel form at triple the price is selling you marketing.
